NTC

NTC is a new program built on traditional ideas learned from past practices. Effective 1 October 2008, NTC will be conducting all the training the National Corrections and Law Enforcement Training and Technology Center (NCLETTC) did previously inside the former West Virginia State Penitentirary in Moundsville, WV.

NTC is an initiative of ExFed Services LLC (www.exfedservices.com), a newly established company owned and operated by Steve Morrison, founding Executive Director of NCLETTC. All programs previously operated by NCLETTC will be assumed by NTC including work on the annual Mock Prison Riot.

NTC is dedicated to continuing to provide world class training programs to law enforcement, corrections, homeland security, first responders and any type training requested by the community. In additon, NTC will provide new improved training at all levels of government and businesses, specifically designed and developed to meet the specific needs of the customer.

In addition to traditional law enforcement, corrections and public safety training, NTC will endeavor to build training courses for any type agency that identifies a need.
